David has been selling luxury properties in San Francisco for over 30 years. After working with a major San Francisco brokerage firm for 15 years David founded Ritchie Hallanan Real Estate in Pacific Heights in April of 1993. He was responsible for america cash and loans all of the company real estate transactions and managed over 25 licensed sales associates in two offices (San Francisco and St. Helena). David is also a partner of Highland Ferndale Partners, A San Francisco residential development Co., specializing in luxury homes.
In order to be more accessible to his clients David returned to his roots and payday loans fallbrook ca founded Laurel Village Realtors in Laurel Village-Sept 2009.
David grew up in Presidio Heights in a large family with five siblings and he enjoys the celebrity of being an identical twin. His grandmother was born in San Francisco’s fabled North Beach and his daughters are fourth generation San Franciscans. David graduated from St.Ignatius High School and american financial loan the University of San Francisco. He currently lives with his wife and daughters in the Lake Street area.
David’s anecdote:
In 1978, when I first began selling residential real estate, the laws favored the Owners of Real Estate.
In those days we hand wrote our offers and relied upon “the Blue Book” for guidance.
“Buyer Beware” short term loans reputable was more often than not found in the Sales Contract.
Today, however, with the consumer protection laws, it is the Buyer who is the beneficiary. There is more responsibility for the Sellers to disclose.
And of course home values were different then. A $500,000 home then is a $5 Million Dollar home today.
